1. Returns: We accept returns only for items that are brand new and unused. All return requests are subject to review. A return request must be submitted within 15 days after the product is delivered. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please contact our customer service team for the return address. Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 30 days. We do not accept returns for items damaged due to improper return packaging, buyer-caused damage, or other conditions that make the item ineligible for return. Eligible returns and pre-ordered items may be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Custom products are non-refundable.

2. Order Cancellation: Cancellation requests submitted within 72 hours after the order is placed may be approved without charge. Cancellation requests submitted after 72 hours may be subject to a 30% material fee to cover production scheduling and material preparation costs already incurred. To avoid this charge, please contact customer service before the 72-hour period ends.

3. Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. After a refund is processed, please allow 7-10 business days for your bank or payment provider to return the funds to your account. Shipping charges for delivered orders are non-refundable.
