After an order is placed, we generally begin processing it within 72 hours and arrange product preparation and shipping. Once the order ships, we will send tracking or logistics information by email.

Mode of transport：

Maritime Transport: approximately 35 days. The seller pays the shipping cost.

Air Transport: approximately 15 days. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost.

Important Notice：

1. Please inspect the product promptly after delivery and notify us by email so that any shipping-related issues can be reviewed in a timely manner.

2. If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, we will help review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement.

3. If a product is lost during transit, we will review the carrier information and assist with reshipment or claims as appropriate.

4. If a package is stolen after it has been marked as delivered, please report the incident to the police and the carrier promptly. We may provide reasonable assistance, but we do not guarantee recovery or replacement for theft after delivery.
