After-Sales Service: If a product develops a quality issue during normal use, please contact our after-sales team promptly. If we confirm that the issue is a manufacturing defect, we may ask you to return the product to our service location. After we receive and inspect the affected product, we will arrange an appropriate replacement.

Non-Warranty Provisions：

Damage caused by human error: water damage, fire damage, impact, dropping, unauthorized disassembly or modification, reverse polarity, overcharging, or over-discharging

Improper use: using non-original chargers, operating motors or controllers beyond their rated power, or using the device in extreme temperatures or humidity

If the product is damaged due to human error or improper use, and our after-sales staff confirms this, the warranty will be void.
